With over 35 years of corporate leadership and business advisory experience, Chuck is the Managing Principal and Founder of Solution Enterprises, LLC. He is also the firm’s practice lead for strategy, information technology and finance engagements. He has successfully led and advised executives in both global Fortune 250 and small, regional, family-owned organizations to develop comprehensive strategies, measure and improve operational efficiencies through analytics, transform organizational performance, and structure new investments.

Chuck is a recognized leader in the fields of information technology, process management, and organizational change. In numerous engagements over the past decade, he has built and implemented innovative methodologies that adapt proven concepts from large industrial organizations to the complex but reduced scale challenges of smaller organizations. He has successfully implemented these methodologies with a physician investor, a pharmaceutical entrepreneur/startup, a regional health care system senior leadership team, a family-owned information services board, and the CEO/C-suite of a high technology manufacturing organization.

Chuck earned an MS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a BS in Management Science from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a lifetime member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and past Vice President, Finance and Director of the Society for Information Management's national organization. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Northeast Tier Ben Franklin Technology Center and the Manufacturers' Resource Center.
