With several decades of managerial and consulting experience, Luis is the Solution Enterprises practice lead for international/globalization and mergers/acquisitions/divestitures.  As a business advisor, entrepreneur and executive in privately held and Fortune 500 companies, he has been a dynamic leader of diverse, multi-functional teams with a track record of producing quantifiable results, driving significant change, and operating successfully in complex, unique and new environments.

Luis has served in various C-level and board positions and had considerable executive responsibility and far reaching global influence that achieved substantial strategic and operational goals.  He is also the founder and owner of I & D Solutions, LLC, a business advisory firm he started in 2003 to help clients grow profits beyond current expectations without adding fixed costs, transform organizations that are not meeting expectations or potential, and revitalize businesses by introducing a new product/service or penetrating a new market.

Luis received an MBA from Lehigh University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University, where he was elected to the engineering honor society Tau Beta Pi and was honored in 2007 with the College of Engineering Professional Achievement Award.  He is certified in the use of The Execution Maximizer™, the proprietary methodology that helps CEOs and executive teams in privately-owned, family-owned and closely held businesses get from their vision to real execution and results.  Luis is also fluent in his native Spanish, and conversant in Portuguese.
